The role
Mandavo is on the critical path for every agent action in the cohort. When we are down, the ventures on us cannot safely act. You own availability, incident response, and the operational discipline that keeps that from happening.
You will build the tooling that lets agents operate the platform under human governance — safely.
What you will do
Own SLOs for the identity and authorization path and defend them.
Build and run incident response, including the revocation flows that fire under pressure.
Automate the operational work agents handle, with humans gating the irreversible steps.
Cut mean time from anomaly to revocation across the fleet.
What we look for
Production SRE or platform experience running critical services at scale.
You are calm in incidents and rigorous in the postmortem.
You automate the toil and document the decisions.
