The role
Our customers operate in regulated markets. The identity and authorization decisions Mandavo makes on their behalf have to survive audit, examination, and dispute. You make sure they do.
You sit between the policy engineers and the jurisdictions we operate in, translating each into terms the other can act on.
What you will do
Own the fiduciary and accountability model: who approves, who answers, and how it is evidenced.
Map the audit trail to the controls regulators expect, across DIFC and the markets our customers serve.
Review the falsifiers we publish for legal exposure before they go out.
Advise on incident response when an agent's authority has to be revoked and explained.
What we look for
A qualified lawyer with experience in financial services, data protection, or technology regulation.
You are comfortable reading a policy engine's decision log and telling us where it will not hold up.
You write plainly and decide quickly.
